Choose the spool and pack format
Our OEM configuration lists standard 1 kg, jumbo 3 kg and mini 0.5 kg spools, plus custom formats. Vacuum sealing with silica, retail boxes or bulk packing can be selected for the project. Exact availability and minimum order quantity depend on the material and customisation, so they are confirmed in the quotation.
Define label and batch data
Agree on brand name, material, diameter, net weight, colour, batch or lot number, production date and any QR or handling information. Include only test results, certifications or origin claims that can be documented for the specific batch. The label should remain readable after shipping and storage.
Approve before mass production
Use a sample or pilot batch to check spool winding, vacuum seal, box fit, label placement and artwork. Confirm the destination market and packaging requirements before printing cartons. Final MOQ, production schedule and delivery terms are set per project.
