How the service works

STEP 1

Upload STL, STEP, 3MF or OBJ files with quantity and material requirements.

STEP 2

We review the model, geometry risks, print orientation and finishing needs.

STEP 3

You receive a written quote with material, lead time and shipping terms.

STEP 4

After approval we print, inspect and pack the parts. Payment is handled separately.

What we can review

The first release focuses on FDM/FFF functional parts: engineering prototypes, jigs, fixtures, housings, replacement parts and low-volume production. Material availability and the right process are confirmed during quote review.

Frequently asked questions

Do you accept STEP files?

Yes. STEP, STL, 3MF and OBJ are accepted. STEP is preferred when the model must retain precise dimensions.

Is the price calculated automatically?

No. Every request is reviewed manually because orientation, supports, material and finishing can change the result. You receive a written quote before production.

Can you sign an NDA?

Tell us in the request. We will confirm the process before you share additional confidential information.

Will my model be published?

No. Customer models are private by default and are not used in case studies without written permission.

How do I reorder?

Include the original request number in a new request or contact sales. We will review the file revision and quantity again.
